ESD Shielding Bubble Bag

The ESD Shielding Bubble Bags are produced from a shielding film combined with pink, antistatic bubble film. This effectively combines the Faraday Cage effect with an air gap for high-level ESD protection during packaging and transit.

Providing protection against ESD, suitable for packing electronic products which are sensitive to static, eg PCB’s, IC integrated circuit, CD driver, HD etc. All sizes are available in both open and self-adhesive styles.

Description

ESD shielding bubble bags protect sensitive contents from electrostatic fields, discharges and physical damage for transport.

Features:

Inner layer is amine-free antistatic film.
Middle layer is antistatic bubble.
Outer layer is buried metal shielding film.
Shock proof, moisture proof, waterproof.
Transparent, electrostatic protective, flexible structure, offering excellent electrostatic shielding properties and abrasion resistance.
Combines ESD shielding and mechanical protection.
Flap can be tucked in to enclose contents or folded down and held in place by a label.
The surface resistance is from 10^8-10^11 Ω/sq.
